A PLACE FOR GIRLS & Nonbinary TO PLAY

Her Footy Friday is a completely free program for the Los Angeles community. We partnered with Lab Five Soccer in Pacoima and Gardena, CA to provide a safe and inclusive space for girls to play pick up soccer while providing them with mentorship, resources, and fun trivia nights! Our mission is to not only provide visibility to young athletes of color, but to give all girls an opportunity to see how sport can change their life.

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

  • Each participant must register through our Eventbrite link that is posted weekly on our website and Instagram.

  • Girls will be seperated by age group and experience for our 5v5 games.

  • No experience is needed!

  • We will either play pick-up for the whole 2 hours after a group warm up, or we will incorporate a 30-minute mentorship session, workshop, or trivia game.

  • We’re here to have fun!

FOOTY FRIDAY PROGRAM INFO:

 

PICK UP:

  • Ages 8-18 years old

  • From 7-9PM

  • Held at Lab Five Pacoima and Gardena

Beginners Fundamentals:

  • Ages 7-13 years old

  • From 6-6:45PM

  • Held at Lab Five Pacoima and Gardena
